Key Qualifications:
- SLP with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- At least 2–3 years of post-certification experience
- Prior experience working in a school environment
- Skilled in supporting a wide range of communication needs
- Willingness and ability to supervise up to 3 SLPAs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct supervision of SLPAs, including guidance on treatment, reporting, data collection, and progress reports
- Conduct Special Education Eligibility Evaluations for both initial and re-evaluation needs
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, presenting data and recommendations
- Write and update individualized education plans (IEPs) for assigned students
- Manage a dynamic caseload in response to enrollment and changing student needs
