Qualifications:
- Active ASHA SLP-CCC certification with at least 2-3 years post-certification experience
- Experience in a school-based setting
- Skilled in managing various speech and language disorders among students
- Comfortable supervising up to 3 SLPAs (each with up to 55 cases)
- Strong collaborative and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support SLPAs, guiding treatment, progress monitoring, and data collection
- Conduct Special Education eligibility evaluations and re-evaluations
- Attend and present at all IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
- Write and update IEPs for student caseload
- Adapt to caseload fluctuations due to enrollment or student needs
