Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC and compliance with ASHA certification
- Minimum 2-3 years post-certification experience
- Solid background in school settings
- Ability and enthusiasm to work with students presenting a variety of communication challenges
- Eagerness to supervise up to three SLPAs, each managing their own caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and supervision for up to three SLPAs, overseeing treatment, data collection, progress reporting, and documentation for a combined total of up to 165 student cases
- Conduct Special Education Eligibility Evaluations, both initial and re-evaluations, in collaboration with educational teams
- Participate in all necessary IEP meetings (Initial, Annual, Re-eval), presenting evaluations, sharing data, and making informed recommendations for student supports
- Write and regularly update IEPs to reflect student progress and ongoing needs
- Maintain flexibility with caseload numbers as enrollment and student requirements shift
