A fulfilling contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to provide full-time, in-person services in a school setting near Bridgewater, MA. Your expertise will support students with a variety of communication needs and help shape the next generation of SLP professionals through direct supervision.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid ASHA SLP-CCC certification, plus 2-3 years of post-certification experience
- Background in schools with diverse communication requirements
- Comfortable supervising up to 3 SLPAs, including supporting caseloads and providing mentorship
- Experience attending and contributing to IEP meetings, delivering recommendations based on thorough evaluation
- Familiarity with conducting and reporting on Special Education Eligibility Evaluations (initial and reevaluation)
- Skilled in IEP writing, documentation, data collection, and progress reporting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy for a full-time school caseload, adapting interventions as student needs fluctuate
- Oversee up to 3 SLPAs, each with assigned student rosters—supporting treatment planning, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Participate fully in IEP meetings (initials, annuals, reevaluations), present findings, share data, and collaborate on student goals
- Conduct special education evaluations and contribute recommendations for eligibility and programming
- Maintain compliance and accuracy in reporting, updating IEPs, and communicating progress to stakeholders
