As the SLP, you’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations, provide personalized direct therapy, and play a key role in the development and implementation of IEPs for a diverse K–12 caseload. Collaboration will be a central part of your day: working with teachers, parents, and the broader multidisciplinary team to help every student achieve their goals. All administrative responsibilities and team meetings count as paid working hours, and with a dedicated single-site assignment, you’ll enjoy the convenience of serving one location without travel between multiple facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid Wisconsin SLP license and Department of Public Instruction (DPI) credentials, or eligibility to secure prior to start
  • Satisfactory fingerprinting and background clearance before your first day
  • Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, but educators from healthcare or teletherapy backgrounds also encouraged
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates is considered

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy
  • Develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Document student progress and maintain compliance records
  • Partner with teachers and families to support classroom success
  • Attend scheduled meetings and engage in collaborative problem-solving
