Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license for the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility)
- Experience in a school setting preferred, including work with elementary and middle school-aged students
- Familiarity with articulation and language disorders, as well as experience supporting students with autism
- Comfortable managing an engaging caseload of about 30 students
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy to students in 4K-8th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document and track student outcomes in compliance with school and district policies
- Provide strategies and resources to classroom staff and families
