Qualifications/Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services
- Understanding of academic and functional communication needs across K-8th
- Ability to create IEP goals and adapt strategies to individual needs
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply — your skills will be highly valued
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech, articulation, and language disorders
- Offer targeted interventions for students, including those on the autism spectrum
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers and families
- Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust approaches as necessary
- Consult with educators, administrators, and caregivers to support student success
