Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with a range of speech and language disorders, including articulation and language delays
- Experience or interest in working with students on the autism spectrum
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Bilingual abilities are a plus and will be valued highly
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in grades 4K–8
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
