Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- School-based SLP experience is highly valued
- Experience with articulation, language disorders, and autism spectrum is ideal
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities considered a significant advantage
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy services for students in 4K to 8th grade
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students’ unique needs
- Conduct assessments and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress and set goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
