Desired Background & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable adapting strategies for various developmental levels (4K-8th grade)
- Experience with students on the autism spectrum a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for speech, articulation, and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
