Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Experience in a school-based environment is highly preferred
- Skilled in working with articulation and language disorders
- Familiarity with supporting children on the autism spectrum
- Ability to manage caseload across early childhood to middle school ages (4K-8th grade)
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Bilingual abilities are a strong plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success and integrate therapy into educational programming
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of all required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation and progress monitoring
- Support students’ growth and communication both in and out of the classroom setting
