Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure in Massachusetts
- Prior experience with pediatric populations, particularly in school-based or ASD settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and ability to deliver targeted speech therapy interventions
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy, assessments, and evaluations for PreK students on the autism spectrum
- Develop and implement individualized goals and treatment plans
- Document progress meticulously and participate in IEP meetings
- Work collaboratively with teachers and classroom staff for integrated support
- Guide teachers and families with practical strategies for day-to-day communication
- Maintain a nurturing, inclusive environment for every child
