School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lowell, Massachusetts

This full-time, onsite contract role is located near Lowell, MA, with a schedule from 7:45 am-1:30 pm (students 8 am-1 pm), working with a group of 6-8 energetic and inspiring young learners.
Seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about pediatric and school-based therapy. Your expertise will help children with Autism Spectrum Disorder build critical communication and social skills during their formative years.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for practice in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain before start date
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
- Prior experience with ASD populations is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students within the ASD PreK classroom
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with classroom staff, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal guidelines for school-based services
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, solution-focused learning environment
