Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Boston, Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (or eligibility)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
- Familiarity working with children diagnosed with ASD, especially preschoolers
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapy for early learners on the autism spectrum
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at communication growth
- Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support generalization of skills
- Maintain precise documentation and contribute to IEP development
- Participate in team meetings, sharing progress and strategies with caregivers and staff
