Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP), or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Experience providing SLP services in K-12 educational settings (preferred, but open to new graduates)
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Adaptability across different age groups and school environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and related school team activities
