Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in North Carolina
- Experience in school settings or working with children/adolescents preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school sites as needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct intervention services within classroom and pull-out settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain timely and accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with school standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing staff training
