What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current or pending SLP license for Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and/or school-based settings
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Dedicated to fostering student growth and individualized support
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide therapy sessions, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Complete timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt to diverse caseloads, with preferences considered wherever possible
