Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Ohio SLP license or eligibility upon start
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellow applicants are encouraged and welcomed
- Prior experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings is highly desirable
- Skilled in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with education teams
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to a diverse K-12 caseload (specifics to be determined)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create student-focused interventions
- Maintain precise documentation and progress reports in compliance with IEP requirements
- Engage with the school community, participating in meetings and supporting student development
