Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state-issued SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY supported with supervision provided
- Experience or interest in working within pediatric or K-12 school settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans in collaboration with education teams
- Provide direct intervention and support through creative, evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff
- Work primarily onsite with one designated remote day per week
