Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license and certification required
- Prior experience in school settings, especially with elementary-aged learners, preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques for a diverse K-12 population
- Motivation to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication difficulties
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and monitor student progress
- Write and maintain thorough documentation for IEP meetings, evaluations, and ongoing student needs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Travel between assigned schools and manage a flexible work schedule
