Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates welcome
- Experience in school-based settings is preferred, though not required
- Adaptability to work with diverse student populations and age ranges
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct therapy services as outlined in student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student goals
