Speech Language Pathologist in Silverdale, WA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Washington SLP license
- Holds Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
- Valid or eligible for ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required
- Skilled in providing services for diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services within a school-based setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain accurate records
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and ongoing collaboration
