Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Port Orchard, WA

With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week and caseload assignments determined by your strengths, you’ll have the chance to focus on the age group and needs that match your expertise.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Washington SLP license
- ESA certification
- Eligibility for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Experience in schools or with pediatric caseloads preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and update IEPs, and deliver therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in meetings, staff development, and ongoing learning opportunities
- Provide resource and support to students across a variety of grade levels, with approximately 50 students on your caseload
