Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Olympia, Washington

Qualifications:
- Active WA SLP License required
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Previous work in school or healthcare environments is a plus
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as well as experienced SLPs and SLPAs
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to PreK-12 students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and caregivers
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and team discussions
- Educate and advise parents and teachers on strategies to support students’ communication needs
