Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Shelton, WA

Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Washington State
- Appropriate credentials or certifications for SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics is preferred
- Strong clinical skills within healthcare or educational environments
- Familiarity working with a wide range of ages and needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students from preschool through high school
- Conduct evaluations to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to implement effective interventions
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
