Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Centralia, Washington

Requirements for Success:
- Active Washington SLP License required
- Experience or strong interest in serving pediatric populations within a school setting
- CCC-SLP, CFY candidates welcome, as well as experienced SLPAs
- Demonstrated skill in individualized evaluation, goal setting, and therapy plan implementation
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy services to a diverse caseload of PreK–12 students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored therapy objectives
- Maintain accurate records and data on student progress
- Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student needs are being met
- Support students’ participation and success in the classroom through evidence-based interventions
- Adapt therapy models to in-person, virtual, or hybrid settings as needed
