Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Rochester, WA

Qualifications:
- Current Washington SLP License required
- Successful experience working in school or pediatric settings
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and licensed SLPAs with relevant school or healthcare experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, student-focused, and committed to evidence-based practice
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy to students across preK-12 grades
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and academic achievement
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the educational team
- Provide mentorship and guidance if serving as an SLP to SLPAs or CFs as needed
