What You’ll Need:
- Valid WA SLP License
- Experience or interest in school-based speech therapy for students PreK-12
- Eligibility for, or possession of, CCC or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year), or SLPA credentials (school or healthcare setting)
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- A passion for supporting student growth and success
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services for a diverse caseload of PreK-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and closely monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary school teams to support student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation, following all district and licensure guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
