Essential Qualifications:

  • Current and valid WA SLP License is required
  • Background in pediatric speech-language pathology or clinical fellowship (CFY) strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in school-based or healthcare settings, including SLPA roles, is a plus
  • Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in students across all age groups
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
  • Monitor progress and collaborate with teachers and support staff
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school guidelines and state regulations
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to SLPA team members when needed
