Essential Qualifications:
- Current and valid WA SLP License is required
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology or clinical fellowship (CFY) strongly preferred
- Prior experience in school-based or healthcare settings, including SLPA roles, is a plus
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in students across all age groups
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
- Monitor progress and collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school guidelines and state regulations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to SLPA team members when needed
