Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Active or eligible for state licensure in SLP
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads
- Enthusiastic about both direct and teletherapy services
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement therapy programs tailored to students’ individual needs
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with school policies and regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and collaboration with parents/guardians
- Consult with teachers and staff to support student learning in the classroom
- Provide flexible service delivery—onsite or remote, as needed
