Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Active or eligible for state licensure in SLP
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads
  • Enthusiastic about both direct and teletherapy services
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and implement therapy programs tailored to students’ individual needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with school policies and regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and collaboration with parents/guardians
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support student learning in the classroom
  • Provide flexible service delivery—onsite or remote, as needed
