On this nine-and-a-half-month assignment—stretching from late August to mid-June—you’ll take the lead on an onsite-only, preschool caseload. You will collaborate with passionate teams, explore innovative therapy methods, and gain exposure to diverse workplace philosophies and leadership approaches. These are experiences that build your resume and sharpen your skills, all while creating lasting impact in a supportive educational environment. SLPAs are welcome to apply and thrive in this role!
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Experience with preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort working exclusively onsite
- Willingness and ability to supervise and collaborate with SLPAs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with families, teachers, and support staff
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Ensure a positive, engaging learning atmosphere
