Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-aged children
- Willingness to mentor and collaborate with SLPAs
- Ability to work onsite full-time (35-37.5 hours/week, Monday-Friday)
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in a preschool caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Provide mentorship and support to SLPAs onsite
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
