Speech Language Pathologist in Spanaway, WA

Desired qualifications and background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY welcome
- Previous experience with preschool or early childhood caseloads is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- SLPAs are encouraged to apply and will be considered for this role
- Background in delivering both direct and consultative SLP services beneficial

Key responsibilities and duties:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool students in a school setting
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals
- Offer guidance, training, and support to SLPAs and staff as appropriate
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and case reviews
- Engage in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives
