Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Olympia, WA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY status encouraged
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
- Teletherapy experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to design and implement effective IEPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment to students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to support student achievement
- Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services—including through teletherapy platforms as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory guidelines
- Foster student engagement, inclusion, and personal growth
