Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Centralia, Washington

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state SLP license, with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Willingness to supervise Clinical Fellows (CFY) if required
- Experience in pediatric and/or school environments is highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Proficiency or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms for remote services
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose speech/language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct intervention, both in-person and via teletherapy for students in a K-12 population
- Maintain thorough documentation to meet compliance and school district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with teachers, counselors, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Track progress and adjust therapy techniques to suit each child’s needs
- Offer guidance or supervision to Clinical Fellows as needed
