Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license for Washington state (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
- Experience in school-based settings and/or pediatrics highly valued
- Teletherapy proficiency is a plus
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve communication goals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in person and/or via teletherapy
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records, track student goals, and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive school environment
