ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time maternity leave coverage position. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting students in a collaborative school environment.
Position Details
Start date: November 30th, 2026
Number of campuses assigned & location: district wide, 1 elementary, 1 middle school. Schools are one attached building. Possible for 2 external preschools.
Primary duties of position: Providing speech therapy, IEP writing, case management, IEP meetings
Approximate caseload size/ages: 55 students preK-8th grade
Certifications required: CCC-SLP
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active State SLP License
ASHA CCCs preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed
- Develop and monitor IEP goals
- Complete progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students through individual and group therapy sessions
