Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current Speech-Language Pathology license
- Prior experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable adapting to diverse learning environments
- Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review IEPs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, in-person or via teletherapy
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school guidelines
- Communicate regularly with caregivers and educators to support student growth
- Stay current on best practices and fulfill continuing education requirements
