Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
Seaford, DE 19973

Soliant is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Seaford, Delaware for the upcoming school year. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive educational team while helping students build strong communication and language skills for success inside and outside the classroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Provide direct speech therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Delaware SLP license or eligibility
  • ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
