Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP licensure eligible for school-based settings
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status considered
- Experience with pediatric populations and school-based caseloads preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive therapy practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students on both high school and preschool caseloads
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and maintain appropriate documentation in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Utilize teletherapy as needed to support service continuity
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices
