Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in school-based settings, including pediatrics and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Competency in teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop individualized plans and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide both direct and consultative services, supporting student IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development
