Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain before starting
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with communication disorders across high school and preschool settings
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs, IEP goals, and school requirements
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting on student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Participate in case conferences, IEP meetings, and professional development
- Deliver services through both in-person and teletherapy modalities as needed
