Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - New Castle, Delaware

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Current state licensure as required for school-based practice
- Background in pediatric and school-based SLP services
- Experience with both high school and preschool-aged children preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital tools is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement therapy for students on your assigned caseloads
- Provide direct and consultative services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with staff, families, and other related service providers to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough records and engage in ongoing progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development initiatives
- Offer both in-person and remote/teletherapy sessions as needed
