Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Delaware
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Familiarity with school-based service delivery models and IEP processes
- Experience or interest in both pediatric and adolescent populations
- Teletherapy experience a plus, comfort utilizing technology for remote services
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Serve one high school caseload and two preschool caseloads, tailoring interventions for each age group
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes in accordance with school protocols
- Engage in professional development and team meetings
