What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Delaware
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
  • Previous school-based experience is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct speech/language therapy services to K-12 students with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborate with classroom staff and families
  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports to help students achieve measurable gains
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
