Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or completion of CFY requirements
- Valid state licensure for SLP practice
- Experience with pediatric and school-age populations, particularly preschool and high school students
- Comfort with a variety of service delivery models, including teletherapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for assigned caseloads
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and school staff
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions for students with diverse needs
- Keep accurate service documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and school-based initiatives
- Provide consultative support to educators and parents
