School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – CFY or CCC

Job Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative school team in Wilmington, DE for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position will support students with moderate to severe needs and offers a strong support system within the school environment. Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and CCC-SLPs are encouraged to apply. Contractors are welcomed as part of the team and included in Professional Development opportunities throughout the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide speech and language therapy services to students with moderate to severe disabilities
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
* Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
* Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
* Support students in achieving functional communication and academic success
* Follow all school, district, and special education policies and procedures

Requirements:
* Active or eligible SLP licensure/certification
* Open to CFY and CCC candidates
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
* Masters Required
Compensation:
* $45–$60 per hour, based on experience
