Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Papillion, NE

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Valid, current SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within schools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Document student progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights to help shape student support plans
- Consult with teachers and parents to promote carryover of communication strategies within the classroom and at home
