Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Seward, NE

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience or specific interest in pediatric populations within school environments
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication challenges
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans that align with students' needs and IEPs
- Deliver therapy sessions, both individual and group, helping students develop and improve speech and language skills
- Monitor progress and regularly update educational teams and families on student growth
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, documentation, and reports as required by the school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team conferences, and professional development activities as required
- Serve as a resource for school personnel and parents regarding speech-language concerns and interventions
