What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school-based setting
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Compassion, patience, and creativity in delivering therapy
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing speech and language therapy services to students (pre-K through high school)
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Performing screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and progress monitoring
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to align on intervention strategies
- Attending IEP meetings and contributing expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation in compliance with all regulations
