Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Bellevue, Nebraska

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Nebraska (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in a school setting
- Strong understanding of IEPs and progress reporting
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive environment for all students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of needs
- Regularly monitor and document student progress in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Educate school staff and families about communication disorders and intervention strategies
