Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Active SLP license, CCC required
- Prior experience in school-based settings, especially at the middle school level
- Knowledge of pediatric speech-language therapy principles and techniques
- Comfort managing a variety of communication disorders and developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with teletherapy and technology-driven intervention (preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group therapy sessions for middle school students in a self-contained environment
- Assess, plan, and implement treatment for a diverse population with varying speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive, engaging learning strategies
- Monitor, track, and report on student progress, ensuring compliance with IEP documentation
