Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Manlius, New York

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in New York State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based SLP roles preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation data
- Deliver direct therapy services across a range of communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP development
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings
- Utilize teletherapy tools to reach students remotely, as needed
