Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Cazenovia, NY

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current New York State SLP licensure (or eligibility) and ASHA CCC or completion of CFY
- Prior experience with school-aged children (K-8) preferred, including pediatric and school-based settings
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and services as needed
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload (K-4 and select middle schoolers)
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists on intervention planning
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer support for possible speech improvement services as determined by student needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school guidelines
