Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid or pending state licensure/certification as an SLP (CCC or CFY)
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly preferred
- Skill working in healthcare or educational environments
- Familiarity with virtual platforms and teletherapy methods
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Ability to create and deliver individualized therapy plans
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, families, and other support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Document progress and maintain compliant records
- Partner with school staff and families to support student growth
- Utilize current techniques and evidence-based interventions
- Adjust therapy delivery for in-person or remote/virtual formats as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
