Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Cortland, NY

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Eligible for state SLP licensure
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy highly preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and related technology
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Track and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech-language services
