Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Powell Butte, Oregon

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure (or eligibility).
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings.
- Ability to implement teletherapy for remote service delivery.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of IEP process and special education requirements is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students’ speech/language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with educational goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting to in-person and teletherapy formats.
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation.
