Beginning August 24, 2026, and extending through June 15, 2027, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with a caseload of approximately 75 K–8 students. You’ll be providing services across two elementary schools, with a small group served at a nearby charter campus, all within close proximity for convenient travel between sites. Supported by a knowledgeable SLPA, you’ll help ensure each student receives comprehensive and effective care.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and/or ability to obtain state credential prior to start
- Experience working in K–8 school settings preferred
- Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively with an SLPA
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to meet students’ IEP goals
- Work across three locations to deliver services and conduct evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation for IEP compliance
- Oversee SLPA support and delegate appropriate tasks for efficient caseload management
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to development of student plans
