Speech Language Pathologist in Lake Oswego, OR

You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 75 students, and benefit from the assistance of an SLPA, allowing for more effective service and collaboration. The focus is on providing speech and language support, intervention, and evaluation for students in inclusive, resource-rich environments.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible licensure in the state as an SLP
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy, evaluation, and intervention to students K-8
- Collaborate with SLPA to deliver best-practice services
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in accordance with school and state regulations
- Attend IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and participate in multidisciplinary team processes
- Offer consultation and support to staff and families, adapting strategies as needed
